    On 3rd, December, 2019, the Shanghai Ocean University and Qingdao Global Marine Safety Technology Co., Ltd. Held the Signing Ceremony of WinKong-SHOU Agreement On Lab. of Ballast Water Sampling & Analysis during Marintec 2019. Hebei Maritime Bureau, Shanghai Maritime Bureau, CCS, DNV-GL, UK, ABS and the representative of ship owners and ballast water treatment system manufacturers as the distinguished guests attended the signing ceremony.
 
 
    As the exclusive commercial operation team of the ballast water sampling & analysis Lab.of Shanghai ocean university, Qingdao Global Marine Safety Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to providing Global Marine Safety testing services (GMScare for short) to ship owners, ballast water treatment system manufacturers and relevant governments. GMScare can provide service include IMP D-2 commissioning test, PSC inspection for ballast water, VGP test for ballast water discharge in US water, and IMO & USCG BWMS type approval test, and so on. They already have a mature detection and analysis process, as well as multi-ship detection and analysis performance. At the same time, the project construction involves the transformation of the technical services provided by the patent also includes the establishment of the ship ballast water testing center laboratory, the completion of acceptance and the relevant recognition and certification.
 
 
   GMScare will set up sampling and testing stations at major domestic ports (Qingdao/dalian/Shanghai/zhoushan/Shenzhen, etc.) to gradually realize global connectivity. Ballast Water Sampling & Analysis has a very broad field and prospects, at the same time it will be a very challenging business or task, shouldering the glorious mission of Belt and Road, protect the the common home.
