Spring in March, with the gentle wind and rain, The Vice President Mr. James Lee and The Sales Div. Customer Satisfaction Director Mr. Mike Lee of Techcross, the famous worldwide maker of BWMS, visited our Headquarter in Qingdao for the 1st Techcross-WinKong Service Station Training Workshop, and attended on board of vessels in NCS and Jingjiang Nanyang shipyard for BWMS commissioning survey, together with Mr. Wenkong Lee, General Manager of WinKong, Ms. Vicky Wu, Chief Sales Officer of WinKong, Mr. Zheng Junping, Director of Sales Centre of WinKong, as well as Mr. Ryu Haeyeong, the Head of Techcross-WinKong China Station.
During the meeting, both parties fully recognized the cooperation which has been lasted for over 9years, much appreciated the strong support and trust from each other. On this 9-years journey of fighting with the same goal, it develops a tight friendship, a most trustful, reliable and growable collaborative relationship, it becomes an integral part of each other, bleeds in the blood.
Meanwhile, Mr. Winkong Lee, GM of Winkong, further raised the Code of Conduct and requirements, will request all the WinKong members to keep rigorous and dedicated according to the high standard, keep respectful to the career, and keep self-improving and responsible; to abide by following working principle, Commissioning every vessels with full diligence, Serve every vessels with full patience, Answer every questions with well attitude no matter asked by yard, owner or Class.
Through this workshop and onboard survey, The Vice President Mr. James Lee and The Sales Div. Customer Satisfaction Director Mr. Mike Lee of Techcross, were very much impressed by enthusiasm and professionalism shown by all of Winkong staffs especially from all service engineers and gave high praise, and are appreciated and proud of the achievement to current level. They firmly believe it will be more successful and prosperous cooperation between Tehcross and WinKong.
Mr. WenKong Lee also promised to concentrated build up the Sales Team and Engineering team which are trustworthy, high-qualified and having a precise and integrity work style, and do the utmost to escort the Sales and AS service of Techcross, no matter for newbuilding or retrofit market, wishing to establish a "All-weather Strategic Partnership of Cooperation" and develop a Community of Common destiny with Techcross.
Furthermore, both parties started to discuss the cooperation on Spares parts Provision after the workshop, in order to achieve the global network of spare part agencies for Techcross BWMS.
