Damen InvaSave ballast water management system has been available in the eight ports of Northern Europe to receive/installation services after the close cooperation between Damien green solutions company and Damien repairing & tuning company. It helps the shipowner to handle ballast water or install the purified ballast water.Eight ports include Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Brest, Dunkirk, fleisingen, denhelder, Stellendam and harlingen.
Damen's InvaSave ballast water treatment system is mainly designed for the port to use an external ballast water treatment system.It could deal with the ballast water from foreign vessel according to IMO D - 2 standard . At the same time,it also deal with ship's ballast water with the same standard .The system does not need to preprocess or set time in ballast tanks .It could deal directly with "untreated" ballast water. This kind of mobile, container-type shape means that it can choose the location to deal with the ballast water flexibly.
Damen's InvaSave ballast water treatment system is the world's first external ballast water treatment unit, designed primarily to provide the solutions for Ballast water for shipowners based on the port.Ships calls at the eight ports will be able to use this one-stop device to meet the ballast water treatment requirements with this service.
