Winkong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd participated in the “Seminar on Reform of Experimental Teaching and Innovation of Talents Training in Marine-related Engineering”at Dalian Maritime University on May 19, 2018.  The conference was sponsored by the Subcommittee on Navigation Technology Teaching,  Guidance of the Ministry of Education's Traffic, Transportation Professional Teaching Steering Committee, the Education Professional Committee of the China Virtual Reality and Visualization Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and was organized by Dalian Maritime University.
 
At the meeting more than 80 experts and teachers discussed actively to strengthen the communication and cooperation. The participants were from around 19 universities eg. Dalian Maritime University, Peking University, Shanghai Maritime University, Wuhan University of Technology, Jimei University, and Education Professional Committee of China Virtual Reality, Visualization Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. 
 
Under the new situation, the Winkong Marine staff realized the importance of the talents for development of the company. Through this meeting, Winkong Marine learned the advanced talent education and training concepts which was actively applied to the company’s personnel training system to make the staff much compective to meet the international standard. 
 
Winkong Marine will be powerful though the “Belt and Road” strategy, ocean power, and maritime power strategy.
